Return Policy

  • Absolutely no returns or exchanges without a receipt. No exceptions.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days.
  • No refunds. Store credit only. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be returned for cash.
  • Books must be in new, unread and unused condition.
  • Pre-ordered books cannot be returned.
  • Clothing must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached.
  • Events are non-refundable.
  • Pajamas, puzzles, narrative threads sweaters and stationery are FINAL SALE.
