Return Policy and FAQ

Return Policy

Absolutely no returns or exchanges without a receipt. No exceptions.
Returns must be made within 14 days.
No refunds. Store credit only. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be returned for cash.
Books must be in new, unread and unused condition.
Pre-ordered books cannot be returned.
Clothing must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached.
Events are non-refundable.
Pajamas, puzzles and stationery are FINAL SALE.

If your order includes a pre-order book that has not yet been released, your order will not ship until that book releases.
If you purchase multiple pre-orders in one order, they will ship when the last book releases. If you want your pre-orders on or shortly after their individual release dates, please order them separately.
For in-store pickup, you can pick up items as they become available.
Damaged items: Please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. Email store@realmsandroses.ca and include a photo of the damaged item, your order number and receipt, and your address.
Online returns: Returns must be started within 14 days of receiving your item. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in brand-new, unused condition. Store credit will be issued once the returned items have been received and their condition verified, unless otherwise discussed with management.
